God Makes and Uses Evil Justly and Without Sinning Himself

Dan 4:35  All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; He does according to His will in the army of heaven  And among the inhabitants of the earth. No one can restrain His hand Or say to Him,”What have You done?”   NKJV

Yes even who becomes king or is voted into office is all under the mysterious sovereign control of God as He rolls out His plan. Even apparently evil rulers.

Rom 13:1 For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. 4 For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. 5 Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake. 6 For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing.  NKJV

It is said God is not the author of sin and can do no sin Himself. The things He does are for good and just reasons, though for the man or devil who does them it is meant to be evil and is therefore accounted sin to them.

Rom 3:25 God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.  NKJV

John 5:30 I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.   NKJV
